The film clip opposite describes the start of the creative process and continues through teaching the repertoire, group work and live performance.

The film was taken in the lead up to the Day of Dance for All Ages held at Cottingley Cornerstone Centre, where participants of all ages came together to create a dance piece based on Medieval life and local heritage.
